Bridge The Gap and ourselves thought that it would be ideal to capture the awards evening in a way that can be used to promote themselves and gain funding for future film festivals.

We knew that this could not be the average events video simply showcasing the evening and on a basic level just showing a ‘highlight’ of what happened.

No. The ITAV Awards Ceremony is a platform to celebrate young, up and coming filmmakers that push their creativity past their own limitations.

 

We produced a 4 minute celebratory recap video filled with motivational speeches, performances and the awards themselves. We covered all grounds of everything that happened in the evening to show the full extent of what Bridge The Gap Studios (BTG) and ITAV were capable of doing.

 

The result of the video led to BTG being able to gain more funding from local government, studios and general generosity to continue their community inspired work and provide a platform for young filmmakers to get out there and create something inspiring.
