The brief:

JCurv help business organise their workflow by achieving an ‘agile’ way of working. They accomplish this by working closely with the business over 4 quarters in a year. 
 
Introducing themselves in Q1, assessing how the business currently runs and taking a seat back. Then working with them in Q2 and Q3 on creating an ‘agile’ way of working before wrapping things up in Q4. Quarter 4 is where the businesses they work for with put all the work that has been done together and make sure everyone across the business is on the same page.
 

How we delivered:

We came in to deliver 2 deliverables for JCurv: One was a case Study of Dr. Martens for their portfolio and the second deliverable was for Dr. Martens themselves – talking about the new changes they are undergoing and using the video for their internal use to make sure that everyone is up to date.
 
The videos produced led to JCurv being able to obtain more clients to help undergo an agile way of working. Improving their sales and increasing their leads funnel!
The internal video helped Dr. Martens make sure they undergo their shift in their business and provide enough information to everyone who was involved and new employees.
